This Privacy Notice applies to our Website located at www.missioncloud.com (“Website”) and all personal data we directly receive or collect from you in the course of doing business. Mission provides managed services for public cloud platforms, hosting, and other cloud based solutions and consulting services (the “Services”) to businesses (“Clients”). Our Website provides visitors and prospective customers information about us and our Services.
For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, Mission is the controller of the personal data you provide directly to us. As the controller, we process personal data in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
When Clients use our Services such as hosting, they provide us with third party data. We only collect this data in accordance with our Client's instructions. This means that our Clients are in control of the data they upload to and utilize with our Services, and we are the processor of the personal data for our Clients. This Privacy Notice does not apply to personal data that our Clients collect or receive in utilizing our Services. It is the Client who will remain responsible for the handling of personal data that the Client collects and for compliance with any applicable data protection and/or privacy laws. 2. Data We Collect
As used in this Privacy Notice, personal data is any information that personally identifies you or from which you could be identified either directly or indirectly. We collect personal data that you provide to us and well as certain data automatically from you.
2.1 Information that you provide:
You may provide us with personal data when you interact with our Website. For example, when you contact us or request information, you will be asked to provide your name, work email address, company name, and phone. We will need your name, company name, and work email to access publications and download information from our Website.
You may provide personal data through use of our Services such as when you create an account to utilize our Services, work with our team, or request support. When you set up an account, you will be asked to provide certain basic personal data such as your name, work email address, username, password, company name, occupation, phone number, and work address.

Our Website contains social media features such as the Facebook and Twitter buttons that operate on our Website. We collect information from third party sources including Google, HubSpot, AdWords, Zopim, CloudFlare, and Salesforce regarding website usage and traffic, online chat, and leads and sales information.

5.1 Service Providers.
We engage third-party service providers to assist in providing and optimizing our Website and Services. When we share personal data with third party service providers, we take steps to protect your personal data. We share personal data with our software and technology providers including HubSpot, Prospect Global Ltd (as Sopro), and ConnectWise.
5.2 Law Enforcement, Government or Regulatory Bodies or Lawful Authorities.
We may disclose personal data to comply with laws, regulations, or other legal obligations, to assist in an investigation, to protect and defend our rights and property, or the rights or safety of third parties, to enforce this Privacy Notice or agreement with third parties, or for crime-prevention purposes.

We can also share your personal data as part of a sale, merger, change in control, or other corporate transaction, or in preparation for any of these events. Any other entity which buys us or part of our business will have the right to continue to use your personal data, but only in the manner set out in this Privacy Notice unless you agree otherwise.

You can opt out of receiving marketing emails from us at any time. You can opt out of our marketing emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our marketing messages. Please note that it may take time to remove your contact information from our marketing communications lists, so you may receive correspondence from us for a short time after you make your request.
Please note that some Client communications are considered transactional and necessary for account management and you cannot opt out of these messages unless you cancel your Services.

Mission utilizes reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data that we collect and process about you. The measures we use are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your personal data based on the nature thereof.

Our servers and offices are located in the United States, so your personal data may be transferred to, stored, or processed in the United States.
