Mission built a sophisticated agentic AI solution: a real-time sales assistant that listens to live conversations between agents and borrowers, analyzing dialogue to surface relevant recommendations instantly. The architecture centers on Amazon Connect, which transcribes calls in real time and feeds that data into the next layer of processing. Amazon Bedrock powers the generative AI engine that interprets conversation context, searches through the client's proprietary knowledge base, and generates appropriate suggestions.

The system goes beyond simple information retrieval. It understands each client's brand voice and communication style, tailoring recommendations to match how that organization wants to present itself. When a borrower discusses specific property types or financing needs, the AI agent surfaces relevant product information, navigational guidance for steering the conversation, and persuasive talking points that maintain brand consistency.
