Cambridge-based Ultivue is a biomarker detection and analysis technology company. When their on-premises IT infrastructure began to exceed capacity, Ultivue sought improved system redundancy to support automatic failover in the event of a data center disaster. Mission Cloud facilitated Ultivue’s IT infrastructure move to AWS by creating two server environments—one for client analysis projects and the other for internal research. Data access is now separately controlled based on user roles and authorization.

Mission Cloud architected the needed AWS environment in line with HIPAA regulations, helped build the initial development, testing, demo and production environments, and coordinated the transition from the ZappRx platform to AWS with minimal business interruptions. Mission Cloud continues to monitor AWS and recommend best practices to further enhance AWS performance.
