Requires: An AWS account with the ability to enable Bedrock and OpenSearch on Day 1, plus clean, organized data ready to ingest.

*Production-deployed within a defined, bounded scope. Single use case, read-only, web widget. Enterprise-wide rollout, change management, SSO, monitoring, and full security hardening are a separate engagement.

Option 2

Agent-Enabled Chatbot Limited Pilot

Fixed fee | 6 weeks

Everything in the Chatbot MVP, plus up to two agentic tool integrations, each connecting to up to two customer-provided REST endpoints. Starts with a consultative scoping phase before build begins. As a best practice, human approval is required before any write action executes.

Requires: Everything above, plus accessible and documented REST APIs and a defined workflow to automate.
