To assess alignment before signing up for AI Foundation, you can try Mission Cloud Score for free from the AWS Marketplace. Mission Cloud Score is powered by Mission Control and benchmarks your environment against the Well-Architected pillars.

We can't jump on calls immediately, but your team is available at your preferred cadence. We suggest quarterly to monthly meetings, depending on your AWS environment's growth and change frequency. Frequencies beyond bi-weekly require special approval.

The 4 monthly AI engineering hours are included with AI Foundation and can be used flexibly for consulting, prompt engineering, troubleshooting, or guidance on AI initiatives. Hours refresh monthly and can be requested through Mission Control or your Technical Account Manager. Additional hours beyond the included 4 can be purchased through Engineer Assist - AI.

AI Foundation includes everything in Cloud Foundation plus 4 hours per month of dedicated access to AI Engineers and Solution Architects specializing in AI/ML and generative AI solutions on AWS. AI Foundation is ideal for organizations building or scaling AI workloads, while Cloud Foundation focuses on general AWS optimization and best practices.

The tree major differences are 1) customer-to-engineer ratio, 2) environmental visibility, and 3) cost. We maintain roughly a 1:10 engineer-to-customer ratio, making our team better able to familiarize with your environment. All of our teams have equal visibility into your environment, including your Mission Control instance, so we contextualize requests quickly. We offer Enterprise support with SLAs matching AWS and are often significantly less expensive than AWS Enterprise support.

The Instant Discount Program incorporates your billing into our payer account. Our aggregate purchasing on behalf of customers lets us effectively buy from AWS in bulk at a discount and redistribute that pricing advantage to customers. Getting your discount is as simple as signing up.
