BENEFITS

A plan your whole team can get behind

AIM is a business conversation, not a technology one. Whether your team lives in AI tools or has never touched one, this conversation is built for all. All you need is knowledge of your own business. We take it from there.

Your priorities, visualized
No more debating which AI initiative deserves attention first. Your opportunities are plotted on a nine-box matrix, giving your whole team a single, clear picture of where to focus first.

Build your plan before you commit
AIM is a fully partner-funded engagement, which means there's no cost to your organization. The goal is to help you make the right investment plan without being rushed into a buying decision.

Your whole leadership team, on the same page
AIM puts your executive visionaries, and operational leaders in the same session, focused on the same problems, leaving you with real cross-functional alignment in 90 minutes.

Leave with a plan, not a report
Every opportunity that comes out of the session is tied to a specific recommendation. You leave with a documented roadmap with clear next steps so you can move forward immediately.

Frequently Ask Questions

What exactly happens during an AIM workshop?
Your Mission Solutions Architect leads your team through a guided brainstorm to surface up to 10 AI opportunities across your business. Each one gets evaluated by business impact and complexity, then plotted on a nine-box prioritization matrix. You leave with a clear picture of where to start, what to save for later, and a recommended next step for each opportunity.
Who from our organization should attend?
The session works best with decision-makers from across your business, not just your technical team. That typically means your executive decision-maker, the person who controls budget, and leaders from operations, finance, or product. If someone would be responsible for building or maintaining AI solutions down the road, they should be there too.
Is there a cost?
AIM is a fully partner-funded engagement, which means there's no cost to your organization. It's designed to help you build an informed plan before committing budget to anything.
What happens after the workshop?
You leave your session with a documented prioritization matrix and specific next-step recommendations. Each one is tied to an AWS-native solution fit to your initiative, so you have a clear path from the session to execution.
What if we have no AI experience at all?
That's exactly who AIM was built for. The session doesn't assume any prior AI knowledge. It starts from your business challenges, not from technology, and your Solutions Architect will calibrate the conversation to wherever your team is starting from.
Do we need to be committed to AWS to participate?
AIM is Mission’s version of the AWS program AI Roadmap Prioritization, and Mission is a 100% AWS-focused partner. To get full value from the session and the recommendations that follow, your organization should have existing workloads on AWS or be planning to move there.
