Mission Expands Senior Leadership Core with Strategic Additions

The managed AWS provider strengthens management team across service delivery, technology, partnerships, and administration

LOS ANGELES, February 19, 2019 – Mission, a managed services and consulting company for Amazon Web Services (AWS), today announced a series of promotions to its senior leadership team:

  • Phaedra Divras to Chief Operating Officer – Service Delivery
  • Keith Archer to Chief Cloud Officer
  • Caleb Mills to Senior Vice President – Business Operations and Strategy
  • Karoline Saffi to Vice President – People & Admin
  • Elena Shorb to Director – AWS Alliance

Divras, incoming Chief Operating Officer – Service Delivery, will lead the Mission team that works directly with customers on CloudOps, DevOps, Optimization, and Consulting services. The Mission Service Delivery team is on the front lines helping organizations migrate applications to AWS, rearchitect and optimize apps already running on AWS, seamlessly implement DevOps tools and systems, and manage applications 24/7.

Archer becomes Mission’s first Chief Cloud Officer. His responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, evaluating where Mission can increase its value to customers across industries, and further automating and enhancing Mission’s platform and services for even stronger customer outcomes and efficiencies.

As the new Senior Vice President – Business Operations and Strategy, Mills will work with CFO Stewart Armstrong to optimize Mission’s business performance, operations, and strategy in 2019 and beyond.

Saffi, promoted to Vice President – People & Admin, will lead recruiting, human resources, and office administration.

Already a key part of Mission’s partnership with AWS, Shorb has been promoted to Director – AWS Alliance. She will work with CRO Ted Stuart to continue to build Mission’s leadership position with AWS.
