Simon Anderson
Chairman, Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Simon Anderson is a cloud industry chief executive and entrepreneur. He founded Mission in 2017 to accelerate enterprise cloud transformations by delivering a differentiated and agile suite of managed cloud and consulting services. Partnered with AWS, Mission’s always-on services enable its customers to scale and outpace competitors by leveraging the most transformative technology platform and enterprise software ecosystem in history. Mission is backed by Boston-based private equity firm Great Hill Partners, which focuses on mid-market growth investments. Prior to Mission, Anderson was the CEO of DreamHost, the web hosting and cloud services company, and also a co-founder of software-defined storage company Inktank, which he sold to Red Hat for $175M. Prior to his executive leadership in the cloud industry, Anderson worked in venture capital and in law, where he holds a degree. His educational background includes the Australian National University and Harvard Business School.

Stewart Armstrong
Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer

Stewart is an accomplished, results-driven leader with more than 18 years of international experience in finance, accounting and operations. Prior to Mission, he was the CFO & COO of Oblong Industries, a platform company focused on building and delivering disruptive technologies that make collaborative work more interactive, content-rich and immersive. He successfully led and raised $85 million in new equity investment for Oblong and has demonstrated his ability to streamline business operations to drive growth (with control), increase efficiency and reduce cash burn. Prior to Oblong, Stewart was a senior manager at Deloitte & Touche with in-depth audit and M&A experience in the technology and software industries. Stewart is a certified Chartered Accountant and holds a Masters in Accounting (University of Cape Town), Honors in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Financial Accounting (University of KwaZulu-Natal).

Jonathan LaCour
Chief Technology Officer

A cloud industry veteran, Jonathan has held several technical and product leadership positions – most recently at DreamHost, one of the largest web hosting and cloud computing providers. As Chief Technology Officer at Mission, Jonathan guides the development of Mission’s product and platform. He also leads business development initiatives, and shares his expertise on current cloud trends and best practices at industry conferences and Mission events. Jonathan has a BS degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Ted Stuart
Chief Revenue Officer

Ted is an experienced software and business executive, responsible for overseeing Mission’s sales and customer success teams, as well as driving revenue growth. Ted comes to Mission from DAZ Systems, where he served as Senior Vice President of Sales and helped steer the company’s growth from a regional Oracle services provider to a leading national firm. Ted also brings extensive sales management experience from his tenures at Oracle and VC backed startups. Ted holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Deep Go-To-Market and P&L experience navigating through multiple stages of growth, global expansion, leadership transitions, strategy development, planning, people, and change management. In her spare time, Luanne is a golfer, hiker, volunteer, and industry speaker - committed to mentoring women to have successful career strategies.

Caleb Mills

Caleb has a long track record of scaling infrastructure, teams and processes to both support and drive growth. He previously worked as a software developer, systems administrator, IT manager, and ops guru. He’s known by his colleagues and customers alike as a skilled leader who is able to shape a group of talented people into a cohesive, high performing team that delivers consistent value to clients. Caleb holds a B.S. degree in physics from the University of Massachusetts, and began work on his Ph.D. in geophysics at MIT before shifting gears to focus on IT.

Karoline Saffi

Karoline Saffi leads all aspects of People & Culture across Mission. She drives performance, talent development and acquisition, learning and development, compensation, benefits, and people tools and technologies in addition to overseeing the continuing evolution of the company's culture. A tech industry veteran, she previously served in HR managerial roles at DreamHost and Gimbal before joining Mission In 2017. Since taking the lead of Mission’s People & Culture team, she has continuously implemented a roadmap of progressive initiatives intended to make Mission a company with an inclusive and engaged workforce. Karoline is a graduate of Colorado State University with degrees in business administration and human resources management and holds SHRM-CP and PHR certifications.

Kris Bernard
Vice President, Digital Experience

Kris is a tech industry veteran with twenty years of experience in SaaS and infrastructure services. As Mission’s Vice President of Digital Experience, Kris oversees the creation of a unified digital customer experience for Mission's services. Prior to joining Mission, she served as Vice President of Project Management at DreamHost. She has led teams of Project Managers and Product Designers to create digital products for half a million customers. Kris has an MBA in Administrative Management from the University of North Texas, and holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute.

Heidi Bretz
Vice President, Strategic Growth

Heidi brings Mission more than 25 years of experience as a business development, sales, and growth strategy leader at some of the most prominent and innovative technology organizations. She joins from HERE Technologies, where she served as Head of Marketplace Strategy and Partnerships and Head of Retail and Financial Services Partnerships for the location data and technology platform provider. Previously, Bretz was the Head of Worldwide Business Development and Alliances at OpenStack. She created and led OpenStack’s global partner strategy, building an ecosystem of 300+ global enterprises that generated more than $3 billion annually. Bretz also brings Mission experience working within AWS, having served as Senior Business Development Manager. While at AWS, Bretz developed and executed joint sales and go-to-market plans with partners that drove 300% year-over-year growth. She has also held corporate sales and partner strategy roles at some of the most influential technology businesses, including Microsoft and Netscape. When she's not driving growth at Mission, you can find Heidi climbing or skiing a mountain someplace in the world.

Chandler Collison
Vice President, Sales

After nearly 15 years as a teacher, Chandler began what quickly evolved into a career of helping innovative companies go to market smarter and more effectively. As both in-house management and an outside consultant, Chandler has worked closely with products, technology, and service companies in industries as diverse as pro audio, slow fashion, corporate compliance, healthcare IT, and commercial and personal insurance. He has led teams in marketing and sales, with responsibilities ranging from marketing communications and product design to opportunity analysis and company strategy. Chandler has a B.A. in English from the University of Pennsylvania.

Heather Siegel
Vice President, Accounting & Finance

Heather leads the accounting and finance team with practical, hands-on experience in both the public and private sector. Her experience represents an array of industries that include e-commerce, energy markets, automotive, multi-site retail and fuel distribution, and high-tech with companies ranging from development stage to companies generating revenues of up to $800 million in revenues. She obtained her accounting degree from Chapman University and is a certified public accountant.

Mark Medina

Mark is a cloud industry veteran with nearly two decades of marketing and product management experience. He most recently was Product Director at DreamHost, and previously served as Director of Digital Marketing at Media Temple (where he was part of the leadership team during an acquisition by GoDaddy). As Mission’s Vice President of Marketing, Mark leads marketing content and strategy to strengthen Mission’s position in the managed cloud services marketplace. Mark holds an MBA in Finance from Loyola Marymount University.

JP Pagluica
Vice President, Customer Success

JP leads the Customer Success Team at Mission, bringing nearly 20 years worth of Sales and Customer Success experience to the Team. He was most recently Director of Customer Success at G2 Technology Group (where he served as part of the leadership team), and previously held the position of Director of Sales with Mercedes-Benz. As Mission's VP of Customer Success, JP oversees renewals, services expansion, and works cross-departmentally to increase customer engagement and enhance customer experience. JP holds a BA in Business from St. Anselm College in Manchester NH.

Erin Coleman

Erin joins Mission with over 20 years of experience in service management and customer support services. She has led global teams across various competencies including customer support, IT service management, ServiceNow, business intelligence and integration, with a specialty in cloud managed services. Erin leverages business transformation initiatives to gain operational efficiencies and with a strong focus on continuous service improvement. She is a huge advocate for enhancing customer and employee experiences, realizing that these relationships are central to successful partnerships. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University.

He is a director of EnterpriseDB, Examity, Mission, Evolve IP, Reward Gateway and Varicent. He is a former director of Ascenty, Reflexis, Latisys and Symmetry. Prior to joining Great Hill Partners, Drew was an associate at Tudor Ventures, the $700 million private equity arm of Tudor Investment Corporation. As an associate at Tudor Ventures, Drew was responsible for originating and evaluating investment opportunities in the financial technology, business services, and software sectors. Prior to Tudor, Drew worked in various roles at Jefferies Investment Bank in the capital markets division. Drew earned a degree in economics and government from Bowdoin College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Chris is a co-founder of Great Hill Partners. He is responsible for transaction origination, investment policy, fundraising, investor relations and the general management of the firm. His investment experience covers a broad group of industries, including business and IT software and services, information services, eCommerce, consumer and online services, financial services and insurance, digital publishing, telecommunications, logistics, education, and cable and broadcasting. Chris serves on the board of directors of EnterpriseDB, G/O Media, Ikon Science, Mission, Evolve IP, Intapp and Varicent. He formerly served on the boards of All Web Leads, BuscaPé, Central Security Group, Credibility Corp., IGN Entertainment, Recruiting.com, SheKnows Media, SmartMail, Vitacost.com, Ziff Davis and ZoomInfo. Chris has participated in the private equity business since 1986, serving as an associate, principal and general partner for M/C Partners. Chris began his career as a commercial lending officer for the First National Bank of Boston in the specialized media lending unit. Chris earned a degree in accounting and economics summa cum laude from Boston College.

Autumn Vaupel possesses more than 20 years of experience within the technology and professional services industry. Autumn is currently Chief Operating Officer for Beeline, where she is responsible for customer success, professional and implementation services, end-user training, customer support, partner enablement, and account management. Before joining Beeline in 2012, Autumn was Vice President of Professional Services with Blackbaud Inc., a Charleston, South Carolina-based technology company recognized as the leading provider of software solutions for the non-profit sector. Prior to her six years at Blackbaud, Autumn spent eight years working and consulting with SAP America in Application and Product Development, focused on the retail industry sector. Autumn earned a degree in accounting from Michigan State University.

Christopher Torto

Chris Torto founded and serves as CEO of Ascenty, the largest provider of data center and fiber infrastructure services in Brazil – and the country’s wholesale data center partner to AWS. As with Mission, Great Hill Partners was the primary investor in the company. Ascenty was acquired by Digital Reality in September 2018 for $1.8 billion. Prior to Ascenty, Torto was the founder and CEO of Vivax, the second-largest cable TV carrier in Brazil; the company went public in 2006 and was acquired in 2007. Torto also led Voyager Inc, an internet company that went public in 1999 and was acquired by a U.S. telecom group in 2000. He holds degrees from the University of Maine and Harvard University.

Glenn Grant

Glenn is a pioneer of the managed IT services movement who long championed a transition from a “break-fix” reactive-support mentality to a proactive, results-oriented managed services approach. Glenn founded Boston-based managed services provider G2 Tech Group, a next-generation MSP linking managed DevOps services to cloud computing, which merged into Mission in 2018. Prior to G2, Glenn was the VP of Managed Services for Thrive Networks, where he ushered the firm into the managed services era, transforming the business to a recurring revenue model. Glenn is a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization, Forbes Technology Council and the Young Entrepreneur Council (YEC). He attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has undertaken the Entrepreneurial Masters Program at MIT.
