Every Cloud Elevate team consists of:

• 2-4 DevOps Engineers (DOE)
• 1 Project Manager (PM)

The core responsibilities of the CSA, DOEs, and PM include consulting with you to develop a backlog that aligns
with your business objectives, ensuring continuity of expertise through documentation and automation, and managing work with agile best practices to maximize your team’s development velocity. And like the cloud itself, our delivery model is elastic, letting you add resources, scale your team up and down, or add disciplines outside of DevOps at your discretion. Choose from the following practice areas to expand your team:

Sometimes as initiatives get underway you discover that the work is more expansive or involved than what you’d originally planned for—new deliverables are requested of you; new features are added, existing ones are reconfigured; the scope of the work has changed or is growing.

We’ve designed Mission Cloud Elevate with the flexibility to meet these challenges. With advance notice, you can add to the capacity of your team and bring in additional domain-specific expertise as needed. We also know that in reality no one plans perfectly—sometimes there are last minute changes or unanticipated work. In these instances, your team can readjust mid-sprint and, if necessary, you can purchase temporary team capacity increases (subject to availability).

We can offer such extensive adaptability because of our unique agile framework, Mission Engage, which keeps your team nimble, flexible, and aligned to your vision while ensuring we maximize our impact.

With Mission Engage, every team works in weekly sprints, and we confer with you on several regular cadences. Throughout our work together your Project Manager functions as a scrum master, coordinating your team capacity, overseeing your schedule and deliverables, and escalating issues where necessary. Over time, we also build engagement workbooks to develop a rich
understanding of your AWS environment and specific business requirements, giving you long-term stability and continuity through documentation.
