Mission Cloud Engage is our agile delivery methodology. Rooted in Agile Scrum and aligned with AWS best practices, we help customers manage their AWS initiatives, prioritize work, and achieve larger strategic goals.

Every DevOps team consists of:

Transparent DevOps Management

Using Mission Cloud Engagements - DevOps, your PM monitors the progress of your initiatives, alerts you to blockers, risks, or issues, and guides your team ceremonies, giving you full visibility into the backlog, sprint planning, and critical documentation.

Our Agile Cadence

Weekly Leadership Check-In

Your PM reviews progress on your goals through documented tasks and defined acceptance criteria; we quickly address any blockers; we course correct, even mid-sprint if necessary.

Bi-weekly Sprint Ceremony

Your CSA and PM collaborate with you to prioritize work, optimize development velocity, demo completed work, and debrief previous sprints; your feedback becomes the input for new iterations.

Quarterly Technical Roadmapping

Your CSA and PM check in to align on your evolving business roadmap and identify a backlog for future sprints; together, we set objectives to ensure your team is positioned for your priorities.
